Features:
The bed body is inclined, usually between 30° and 60°, and the common ones are 30°, 45°, 60°, etc. This design makes the machine tool's center of gravity lower and has stronger stability, and is conducive to the natural decline of chips, facilitates chip removal and reduces chip jamming.
High-precision linear guide rails are used as support for moving parts, and have the advantages of small friction coefficient, high motion accuracy and fast response speed. They can ensure the precise positioning and smooth movement of the machine tool during the processing process, and improve the processing accuracy and surface quality.
