What should you pay attention to when operating the gantry machining center

1. When the equipment is working, wear labor protection supplies as required. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves and do not touch the electronic switch with wet hands to avoid electric shock. Do not touch any moving parts with your hands.

2. Operators should be familiar with and master the performance and characteristics of the gantry machining center machine. Ensure that the emergency stop switch can play a fast and effective role in an emergency situation. Tools or non-processed workpieces must not be placed on the gantry machining center or moving objects to avoid injury accidents. The computer desk or work desk next to the machine must be strong and must not be placed on the moving parts.

3. After the tool is set, please try running with DRY RUN first to confirm that the program is correct. When power is powered off or emergency stop, the three-axis should be restored to the mechanical position.

4. Do not remove related parts of the stroke switch or any protection switch without authorization. Before working and leaving the machine, the control power switch and electrical box main switch of the operation panel should be turned off.

5. When lifting and lowering the workpiece, the machine should be stopped first and pay attention to maintaining an appropriate distance between the workpiece and the tool. When the machine is running, please do not open the front door and left and right covers at will to avoid injury.
